By using greenleafkenya.org, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

3. Use of this website

You may use this site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.

4. Our content

All content on this website – text, documents, images, illustrations, and the REALI concept note, belongs to Green Leaf Kenya or is used with permission. You may share links to our pages freely. You may not republish, reproduce, or adapt our content (including the concept note) without written permission: hello@greenleafkenya.org.

5. Your submissions

When you submit information through our forms (newsletter, concept note access, volunteering, inquiries), you confirm it is accurate and yours to share. Personal data is handled under our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

6. Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts in support of our mission. They are non-refundable, except where a processing error occurs – if you believe a donation was made in error, contact accounts@greenleafkenya.org within 14 days and we will work with you and our payment provider in good faith. We issue acknowledgments/receipts for donations. Green Leaf Kenya is a Kenyan community-based organization; we make no representation that donations are tax-deductible in any jurisdiction.

7. Payment providers

Donations are processed by third-party providers (currently Donorbox; M-Pesa payments via Safaricom and KCB Bank Kenya). Their services are governed by their own terms. We never receive your card number, M-Pesa PIN, or banking credentials.

8. Information, not advice

Content on this site is provided for general information about our work. It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and we make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to external websites and services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Green Leaf Kenya will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
